Thermosetting 70:30 Polyester Powder Coating Resins for General Purpose
◇ Introduction:
HH2783 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 70/30 hybrid powder coatings, which are mainly used indoors, such as household appliances, metal furniture, instrumentation, indoor fitness equipment, radiators, etc.
Powder coating is a new type of solvent-free 100% solid powder coating. It comes in two broad categories: thermoplastic powder coatings and thermoset powder coatings. The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigments and fillers, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then through hot extrusion, crushing and sieving. They are stable in storage at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dipping, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a smooth and bright permanent coating for decoration and anti-corrosion purposes.
